You qualify as a half if you’re five to 18 years old and in full-time education.
Aged 11 to 16?
If you’re aged 11 to 16, you’ll need a Young Persons PhotoCard to prove your age.
Aged 16 to 18 and in full-time education?
If you’re aged 16-18 and in full-time education, you’ll need a Scholar’s PhotoCard to get your half fare.
Use public transport regularly?
If you use public transport often, you might want to get a season ticket - we call them MetroCards.
